The position we are offering you would involve transcribing interviews of the staff, parents, students and administrators in our study for future statistical and qualitative analysis. The "Transcription Module" software available here in our office (BP 3375) allows you to slow down the interview, modify the speakers' tone of voice and eliminate background noise in order to facilitate quick & easy transcribing.

During the summer, this position is open on a volunteer basis, for 5 to 10 hours a week.
During the academic year, the pay is $10 an hour, with a work-study award.
